Modular Avionics System for Flight Simulation
Aerovionics Sp. z o.o. is implementing the project “Modular Avionics System for Flight Simulation”, co-financed by the European Funds under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 Programme, Measure FEPW.01.01 “Startup Platforms for New Ideas”, Component IIa.

About the Project
The aim of the project is to develop, introduce into production, and commercialize an innovative modular avionics system designed for flight simulators.
We are developing solutions that realistically replicate the operation of aircraft avionics, enabling users to learn, improve their skills, and practice aviation procedures in a safe simulation environment.
Scope of Project Activities
The project involves the development of four complementary avionics modules: G500, GTN 650, GTN Dual, and G5, along with solutions enabling their integration into a customizable flight simulation system.
The planned activities include product design and prototyping, functional and user testing, software development, and the establishment of in-house production capabilities, including the acquisition of specialized machinery and equipment.
The final stage will involve launching initial small-batch production and bringing the system to market.

Who Is the System Designed For?
The project is aimed at flight schools and aviation training organizations, instructors and student pilots, individual pilots, aviation enthusiasts and flight simulation users, as well as public institutions interested in simulation technologies.
Expected Results
The project will result in the development and market introduction of the Aerovionics modular avionics system, allowing users to build, customize, and expand their own flight simulation setups.
The system is intended to support aviation education and skills development by making realistic training tools more accessible.
The project also aims to establish in-house manufacturing capabilities and initiate the commercialization of the system.
